Imogen is the child of Trevor Poots a television producer from Belfast and Fiona Goodall, a journalist. Her childhood was pretty simple as any other kid. She was raised in Chiswick. 

Imogen Gay Poots was born 3rd June 1989. At the little age of 27 Poots has achieved so much. She is best known for her role in 28 Weeks Later, V for Vendetta, Need for Speed and Jane Eyre. 

Poots were privately educated at the Bute House Preparatory School for Girls in South Kensington in Hammersmith. She wanted to become a Veterinarian in the first place, but while in school when she attended a workshop hosted by the Young Blood Theatre Company that changed. 

Another incident of Poots where she fainted while observing a veterinary surgery added to change her career direction. Her parents supported whatever career she wanted to build for her.

Her career started when she was signed for an episode of Casualty, a series. She was then signed for many movies. The one in which she got noticed and got popular was in V for Vendetta and 28 Weeks Later.

Then she started to appear in movies like Centurion, Greetings from Tim Buckley, The Look of Love, Need for Speed, and Filth to name a few. She has lots of movies to her credit.

Apart from acting in films and television, she has appeared in an eponymous fragrance shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.

Also, she has done an advertising campaign for a collaboration of fashion label Marni and retailer H&M.

The beautiful Poots has a slim build. She has an average height. She stands five feet four inch tall, which is why she prefers wearing high heels which make her personality bold and sexy.

In 2014, Poots took the number one spot on People with Money’s top 10 highest paid actresses. She earned an estimated combined $46 million in 2014 only.

These huge earnings have been pulled together by several investments, property holdings, and endorsement deals.

She has a net worth of an estimated whopping $2 million dollars (approx).

Adding to these, she also owns several restaurants in London named the ‘Fat Poots Burger’ chain, has a Football Team known as the ‘London Angels’, has her own brand of vodka – Pure Wonderpoots and has a fashion line called the ‘Imogen Poots Seduction’ At a small age she has done it all.
