Nicole and Hamilton have just split up after their 4 years of relation. At present Nicole Scherzinger is "just so heartbroken and completely devastated" over her recent breakup, reports a Daily Mail source. Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton are believed to have split due to busy work schedules, which left little time for romance, as Scherzinger is occupied with her work as an "X Factor" judge and Hamilton is a Formula 1 racing driver. Though it seemed like Hamilton was just on the verge of proposing, her rep confirmed the breakup to Mail Online.

The 26 years old F1 racing driver has been 7 years younger that his girlfriend, finally decided to end their relation, as they are unable to pay attention to each other at appropriate level. The pair had gone public with their relationship in 2007, and has weathered two breakups before, once in January 2010 and then again in late 2011. However, all signs indicated that things were going extremely well for the two of them this time, as Hamilton had hinted that he was going to propose to his longtime love just a few weeks ago, commenting, "We’ve been together for five years, which is quite a milestone really. But hopefully in the near future, maybe before we get to six years."

They met at the MTV Music Awards in 2007, and Scherzinger gushed to Marie Claire last year that "Lewis and I are a team and we’re really there for each other, and the time we spend together I do cherish. It’s separate from everything else." The distance simply proved too great for the U.S.-based former Pussycat Doll and her racecar driver beau, who lives in Switzerland.

Presently she has been busy with her successful career, which is keeping her busy to some extent but still she has been feeling devastated from the breakup.
