Journalism is not an easy field to earn a living from especially in a country like America. Everyone is having a closer look at what is happening in the powerhouse country like America. But Jonathan Karl has managed to do so and has established himself very well in the media field. 

Jonathan Karl is a journalist who is very much focused on the political news more than anything else. His primary job is to focus on foreign policy and military. He also grabs all the hot and happening news in U.S politics. 

He is a very determined and dedicated man to his work hence; he has been successful in his work. Now he holds a position of the Chief White House Correspondent. He works as a chief for ABC News.

Allan is an author, and he decided to go on a trip after his divorce. His passion is entirely different from his brother. Jonathan is married to Ellen. Jonathan has been spotted many times with his wife, and their relationship is still going strong. Jonathan is always fired up to bring the best in him, and this is also one main reason behind his success.

At an early age, Jonathan had moved to South Dakota. He was very passionate about journalism at a very young age. This might be one of the reasons behind his successful journalism career.

Jonathan completed his graduation from Vassar College. He completed his graduation in the year 1990. His journey was not easy at all. He started his career with writing. He also worked as an editor and human rights activist.

He used to work for The Freedom House as an editor and human rights activist. He was interested in politics as well. He co-founded a political group. He combined young men to form the group called the Third Millennium. He addressed that the primary objective of the group was to address related to irresponsibility toward the upcoming generation.

The main issue behind the problem was off course national debt. Jonathan once interviewed Jay Carney, who is the White House Press Secretary and asked him questions on U.S delegation. The issue was related to gay rights.

Jonathan got an opportunity to work as a reporter for The New Republic, and he did not let that chance go. He also worked as a researcher over there. He was having a lot of success then he got an absolute gem of a chance. He got the opportunity to become the Congressional Correspondent for CNN. This had happened before he joined ABC News. 

Jonathan Karl was also very much interested in writing. A lot of his written work has already been published. Some of his works are The Wall Street Journal, The Christian Science Monitor.

Adding to that list is The Weekly Standard and The New Republic. He has written a blog called The Note. The Note is a huge political blog and explains a lot about political situations. Jonathan has also written a book called The Right to Bear Arms: The Rise of America's Militias.

Jonathan has received awards like Joan Shorenstein Barone Award for his excellent work as a reporter. He was also awarded Emmy Award in the year 2009. He has also received Everett McKinley Award. The award was from the National Press Foundation. He won that award in 2001.
