Mamrie got her inspiration from her family member. Her father David Hart was a famous actor. He has worked in movies like In the Heat of the Night, Silver Bullet and Legal Eagles. Legal Eagles was released in the late 80’s, In the Heat of the Night was published in 1988 and Silver Bulletin 1985. Her father has made a good name for himself in the movie industry.

Even though her mother was not from the film industry and used to work as a teacher at a high school, she never stopped Mamrie from getting into the entertainment industry. She has two siblings. Her brother’s name is David, and her sister's name is Annie.

Unfortunately, her parents had some differences in their relationship which forced her mother to divorce her husband. It was tough times for Mamrie as she was only nine years old when this happened.
