Introduction to Stephanie

Stephanie Abrams is well known as one of the best weather forecasters in America. Born on October 27 in 1978 in Wellington, Florida, she is currently associated with a 24-hour American cable television weather channel. She is also a field reporter and co-hosts Wake up with Al.

We’ll let you know all about her! After growing up with both her parents for some years in Florida, she, later on, lived with her mother after her parents got divorced. She was very active during her childhood. She attended Forest Hill community High School.

After completing school, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Geography and minoring mathematics. She also has another degree, a Bachelors of Science in Meteorology from the Florida State University in Tallahassee.

Work and career

She used to practice on-air forecasts on FSU life, which is a student-run news and weather production, on a Tallahassee cable channel at Florida State. She also used to work as teacher’s assistant and took classes about meteorology.

Abrams is also a member of the American Meteorological Society as well as the National Weather Association. For a year, she became president of the AMS between 2002 and 2003.

Officially, she began her career on the weather channel WTXL from 2003.  She’s never had to look back since then. Among her notable works, she has covered Winter Olympics 2010 in Vancouver from Feb 8-28. Similarly, she was also an interim weather anchor for Weekend Today on 2012

She’s so into her work; so dedicated, and committed. Talented and charming, Stephanie finds the job absorbing. By now, she has already established herself as a renowned name on the screen. She plans to continue to do so for several more years no matter her age.

It’s good for her that her career has paid her off well, and she hasn’t had to regret about her choices. Because of her credibility, she an excellent salary and her net worth are said to be quite impressive. We don’t know the exact figure of her salary, but can guess that it must be in six digits.
