Born on 24 December 1960 in a place called Bedford, which lies in Bedfordshire of England Carol Jean Vorderman, is of the talented and successful British media personality.  She is loving daughter of Edwina Jean and Anton Vorderman. In the autumn of 2008, soon after she finished her last fixed Countdown show, she declared a new marketable project in her own property growth and sales business that would focus in overseas holiday and leaving homes within the Caribbean, the Bahamas and Spain. Called Carol Vorderman's Overseas Homes Ltd she saw the business as a normal allowance of her own understandings in buying and selling properties over recent years and was pointing at a mark market of "families matured 35 plus".

Carol Jean Vorderman has been married twice. In 1985 she got married to Christopher Mather and due to some problem with her husband she got divorced with him in 1986. Again in 1990 she got married with her boyfriend Patrick King and they relationship didn’t worked out so they got divorced in 2000. She has two children named Katie born on 1992 and Cameron born on 1997.
